The snack description entity is a spirit that often takes over and speaks through Diet Coke while she makes pre-recorded descriptions of the snacks reviewed on House of Snax, starting in Episode #58. Like when she used to get possessed by the Snack-Keeper at the end of each episode, Diet Coke has no memory of what happens when she is being possessed by the snack description entity, so she is usually surprised when she hears what the entity has recorded.[1][2] The entity's name is currently unknown; during on snack description, she referred to herself simply as "the entity that speaks through Diet Coke in these segments."[3]
The snack description entity usually speaks with a calming, somewhat salacious voice when recording the snack descriptions, and Diet Coke has said that she feels a weird warmth when she is taken over by her.[4] The entity often used many innuendos when describing snacks, although she decided to stop doing that during Episode #88, when she said, "I'm not doing cum jokes anymore. That well has been tapped, bone dry." She has since reiterated that she is no longer using horny innuendo during her recordings.[5]
She is occasionally somewhat rude to Diet Coke and Lilith during her descriptions and has referred to them as "two assholes"[1] and "a couple of dusty old millennials."[6] She seems to care about Tony Cutz's reputation as the resident podcast editor and doesn't want him to get in trouble; she once told Diet Coke that a weird cut in the middle of one of her snack descriptions was there because she didn't want to re-record anything, not because of a fault in his editing.[7]
The entity had two identical triplet sisters whose voices sounded the exact same as hers, but they were killed during one of the snack descriptions for almost revealing the Pop Secret.[8]
Unusual Snack Descriptions[]
Sometimes, while blacked out and recording the snack descriptions, Diet Coke seems to channel other sources, picking up on unusual frequencies such as random commercials[2] and audio from the future and/or other dimensions.[9] This audio is still always spoken through Diet Coke's voice and does contain a brief description of the snack, albeit with a lot of additional unrelated information. These less conventional snack descriptions are seemingly caused by this same entity, although there has been one snack description that Diet Coke said felt a little different, where she was unsure if she was being controlled by the same entity as usual.[10]
Also, the snack description entity seemingly once took over Diet Coke briefly to pronounce "Amen" in a way that no human has ever heard before after the House of Snax Prayer during Episode #81. It was fortunately cut from the episode, because if you heard it, you would go mad.[11]
